Amaze yourself by making a seamless, nuno felted tunic based on your design goals and fit – without rolling! Intermediate nuno felting experience is desired but not necessary if you possess basic clothes making experience (e.g. knitting, sewing, weaving). Kati will provide each participant with a personalized pattern based on your body dimensions (registrants will email these directly to Kati at least two weeks before the class).

Participants will learn:

• How to replace rolling as a felting process with a clothes dryer

• A simple approach to pattern making

• Nuno felting methods of garments

• How to make clean edges

• Kati’s “Dynamic Shrinkage” pattern making approach

• …and more.

Most of the class time will be spent making, though there will also be some time for Q&A, group discussion, and the science behind Kati’s approach.
